Testimonials
“What I admire about Rossella Matamoros’ work is that it truly integrates every art form, from ancient to new.” Martha Wilson,
Artist and Founder of Franklin Furnace, New York, NY 2014 Rossella's art....
“Gives a sense of her tremendous energy and statements that remind me of the Hubble telescope’s images of the Cosmos. She is a force of nature. A Tsunami of earth, wind, roaring geysers, and stone silence. In my mind I am surrounded with a gallery full of this crashing and bellowing universe, and seem to see the noise. Then I remember her person, delicate, sensitive, and dedicated. Amazing!” Rachel Rosenthal, Interdisciplinary artist.
Artistic Director, The RR Company. Founder of TOHUBOHU Theatre. Los Angeles, California, September 2011 "I discovered that Rossella Matamoros is an artist of the night that is constantly rising to the light of day."
